cruise button doesnt work!

my 2013 with 5800 miles on it since I bought it feb 2nd 2013 decided the cruise wouldn't work today.... ive used it many times with NO issues ever, even an 1100 mile round trip last summer. I tried it today and the button clicks in like normal but nothing pops up on the screen..?? its not recognized at all.. when I left the store I hoped it would reset like the radio glitches do and no luck.. I do have a tuner but the only thing I have done is recalibrated the tire size to my 33's from stock 31s on 17" wheel.. so if I take it in I don't have to clear the tuner right? I know its typically a yes to do that but I shouldn't get in trouble for a simple recalibration.. im not sure if I have used the cruise since I recalibrated about a month ago.. its just the only thing I can think of, it may be a big coincidence.. anyone have this problem that can think of a possible fix to avoid takin time to go to the dealer? AND if I pull the negative off the battery that doesn't clear out tuner settings does it?

take the tune off and see if it works then. if not leave it off and go to the dealer. better safe than sorry

update. just for the hell of it , I go turn the key on without starting it. hit cruise and it comes on like normal. take it around the block, it works and holds... wtf.... this is like one of those damn radio glitches that comes and goes as it pleases..
