I’m installing a new DSP that hooks up to my computer so I can tune the sound in even better, I still have to install 2 more 6.5 mids in the front doors and which should be fairly easy but then again this project has battled me on every single thing…nothing fit right or had a lot of re-dues to make things jive but I’m proud of what I did on my own that’s for sure…my fiancé…..not so much!

Might be divorced before I get married ….my wedding date is June 29th and I can’t stop working on it!
Tell her if she keeps it up you're not putting her seat back in! That'll teach her...but after you're married never say anything like that to her (happy wife, happy life).

You should post details of everything you've added (speakers, amps, etc.) and what mistakes and tips you've got! Great job! My wife would divorce me if I did what you're doing! LOL!

Silless 3 in 1 hybrid 200ml for almost all of it , used thinner stuff on some pannels and door spots but everything went back together. Some spots were a little tight but managed…used 8 boxes..lots of extra wt and my doors are really heavy now but awesome, it’s so quite now and when the music is turned up loud and the windows are closed you can barely hear it outside….amazing stuff but lots of work and getting all the air out underneath is tasking.

Yes, I will do a more detailed information update when I get some time. Super busy this week. Basically I was on stress leave from work dealing with an unfit mom of my 12 year old child and have legal battles that were very hard to deal with. I needed a project to keep my mid off that so chose the stereo install…I also have primary custody now but still waiting to go to trial to produce evedence

And surprisingly the electric keeps up to the stereo somewhat. If I have it loud and AC with headlights on it will start draining the battery faster than it can charge and the lights start to flicker with the base. I will need a bigger alternator soon…looking at aftermarket you can get up to a 400 amp one but I think I will look into a 300 amp one…which means an upgrade on wire for that as well

May I ask why you used Boss Audio and Planet Audio then installed Earthquake speakers??? Me personally, I would not trust either of those companies for anything quality. Put a planet audio stereo in an Xterra, and it made the sound of the system worse. Had boss audio way back in the day and it sound like garbage and blew when giving it 25% of it rated power. That is why I am asking why did you decide to use this gear? Not trying to be a jerk or anything here.
