SOLD!
Hey guys, Selling a set of quad headlight assemblies that I body matched to my truck. Its been about 10 months since I did them. The headlights were baked and separated ,prepped, epoxy primed, base clear (Picture below after painting). Marker lenses were base clear tinted. reassembled with beutyl sealant and also installed silican packets as an added measure against moisture (haven't had any issues with moisture) . One headlight harness clip broke and was replaced with a new one. These come with Sylvania Silverstar ultra bulbs that cost me around $100 after tax.

I have decided to go a different direction with my truck and am now selling these for a steal!. These lights were used prior to customizing them and as such the lenses on the headlights DO have flaws, there are bug guts, road debris, haziness and finish flaws. These are NOT show quality but would make for good driver quality lights (I've tried to capture flaws aswell as I can in pictures which is pretty difficult to do). If you happen to have a blue ram these would be perfect for you. May even look okay on other colors or maybe you want a backup set to customize? These were on a 2011 1500 but should fit 09 and up as far as I am aware. You may want to double check fitment before purchasing just to be certain.

Asking $150 plus shipping in the lower 48. (Plan on shipping probably being around $30). If you have any questions feel free to send me a PM. Thanks

They are deepwater blue pearl. But in the headlight area I think you would have a hard time noticing any difference in paint codes from something like a blue streak, the two colors already being very similar and the headlight lense taking your eye off of any difference in shade.

Been slowly demodding my truck because the WIFE and I have been kicking around the idea of selling/trading in. Plus I got a deal I couldn’t pass up on another set of lights.

Thanks, It was quite a bit of labor and material cost. Someone will be getting a great deal.

How much for shipping to 08096? They’d look great on my truck.

These are still available. Asking price and round about what you can expect shipping to cost are mentioned at the start of this post. Please only comment/PM if you are seriously interested, Thanks

I mean this is a killer price for these. Most OEM Quads sell for $90-$125 plus shipping, and those arnt custom painted. Add in the cost of sending them to a company and paying for them to be opened and painted, or the labor + paint to do it yourself, and your way ahead buying these.

Good luck finding someone who has this color truck, I'm sure they will look amazing. I'd go so far as to even say that these would look amazing on an all black truck or on an all white truck.

You are correct, For the epoxy primer, hardener, reducer, base, reducer, clear, hardener I have close to $300 in material cost alone on these. Obviously I didn't use all of the materials and had left overs. But still, thats what it cost up front. I am a painter so i was able to do it myself, but if you had to pay to have them painted, that would be another additional cost. baking and separating the housings was quite the chore and took alot of time. I have about $30 into the beutyl to reseal/reassemble the housings. Plus the sylvania bulbs that are in them cost me over $100.

I've got close to $500 into them NOT including the cost of the headlight assemblies themselves OR accounting for my own labor.

All that said, I think my asking price is pretty fair.

And yes I agree, Someone with a blue ram these would be perfect for. But possibly may look good on black, white, silver, Maybe your truck is yellow and you're a big Michigan fan, who knows lol.

I forgot to mention at the start of this post, but for anyone that may be wondering... Light output is exactly the same as it was prior to body matching the housings. I noticed no difference in output brightness and no change in output color down road.
