Custom Grille?

Has anyone fabricated custom grille inserts for thier truck? I definately want to do something with the grille on mine, but I dont wanna just slap on something off the shelf, no offense to anyone who has either. I just want something different from the common billet bar stock ya know? I'm thinking either a really tight expanded aluminum, or maybe perf plate. Any ideas/thoughts? Any pictures?

Yeppers. Gutter grille inserts for now. I have had them silver, blue, and now black. I will hopefully fabbing up an insert where the cross need cut, just not sure on the time frame
