Custom rear bumper for dually

Well, I must be getting on in years or something but I've pretty much finished the back bumper on my 1997 dually while plowing snow. It was rusted badly anyway but now is the time to find something more appropriate. I had mud flaps incorporated on the fender flares that have torn off as well. Not a good idea!
What I'm looking for is a set of plans to build one or barring that a ready built I can modify.
Any ideas?
