I have a 5.2 v8 i just put all new plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor button, magnetic pickup, coil, crank sensor, injector for cyl 2, and an ecu. And the damn code wont clear. I checked the valve springs and all good. I did a timing check with a light and i had to advance the light 15 degrees when it should be at 0. Idk what to do. Im out 1u month on tags and i want it fixed w/o the stealer ship any input please fellas

Minimum compression is supposed to be 100psi, so obviously 90 is below that and the adjacent cylinders are not to have any more than 15% difference between them. What were the other cylinders?

Low compression or the misfire? I'd say the misfire might be caused by the low compression. How'd the plugs look when you pulled them?

Well at least we know they're burning properly.

Not bad. Would definitely be a good start. You should be glad you have a 96 because that means less work, though you might have to swap intakes between your old and new engines.
