Welcome to Texas (sic)This is exactly what I've been seeing here in SE PA, and the humidity has been anywhere from 70% to 96%. Crazy, and not at all typical.
Our son is in Yuma and is seeing temps of about 105F to 115F. And the humidity there is like -3![]()
That's cheatingYou guys and your lawns...I got a guy that takes care of that for me.![]()
My wife has a guy that does the lawn, when she says mow the lawn, that guy better listen,or he's sleeping with the dog
I usually "rider" mow in the middle of the day when stupid hot. Reason, keeps the bugs down. U mow in early morning or late evening and U R there for the bug munching. The heat keeps them down, as long as humidity stays ok.This might be a blessing in disguise
I'm using the excuse it's to hot to mow the lawn![]()
The """Can't see the forest for the trees""" excuse, lmao, but in reverse. (sic)Too hot, too wet, or I'll get around to it.
Twas about 104°F with the humidex here a few days ago.
My backyard looks like a forest after I stopped cutting it last year.

LMAO.. Somehow it has rained at that temperature but hasn't snowed??? LOL. It has been hot and humid down here like everyone else. Probably enough to break the gauge on that weather station!
