95% of the time.......the issues with the HIDs (that I see) are due to corrosion, which stems from the lack of using dielectric grease when installing. Drives me bonkers!

dang it i really need to pull my heads out and do this

JJ you talking all the connections? Like the relay, the ballast and the heads or just the ballast?

Put it everywhere. At the battery terminal, under the grounds, shove some in the cap link, where the 9006 connector goes to the ballast. Only place you DO NOT want to put it is the high voltage connection from the ballast to the bulbs. Other than that, smear that **** everywhere. Its CHEAP too, and yeah - Vatozone, etc - they all have it.

make sure to rub it on the hid bulb to it makes a pretty light LOL

Ok, so to cap this thread off. I put an in-line plug and play capacitor/warning light canceller and that fixed my problem. They are bright and work great. I understand why people usually keep the non HID bright because of the charge up, but I'll keep these in for a while just because I don't wanna pull the grill off again until I do my EFan conversion.
