Truck didn't start yesterday. when I jump the battery off, it starts but sometimes has several symbols lit up on dash, backup camera won't work, along with several other features that don't work, also, it wont shift out of 1st. If I remove the positive terminal for about 10 seconds then replace it all symbols go away except check engine light. it's almost like it resets after removing the terminal. Today, sometimes it starts, sometimes it doesn't. when it doesn't the battery shows 10 volts. Dealerships say I have to get the truck towed in order for them to run a diagnostic, I can't just bring in the battery to be tested. This is insane, there's still warranty on it. it's a 2019 Ram Limited that I've had for 20 months. Do you think it's the battery or are there other issues it could be?

Take it to the dealership and let them fix what's wrong. It might be the battery, but it might not be. They need the complete system (truck) to thoroughly test it. Even if there's a problem with the battery, it could have been caused by something else on the truck. So if you replace the battery it could kill that one too. I agree that it's inconvenient, but it's really the best way for them to do their jobs and fix it right.

Having said that, if you're just wanting to test the battery you can take it to just about any auto parts store. Most of them can test it and it's usually free of charge.

Get it to the dealership let them figure it out. I’ve asked a dealership before if I could just bring the battery they said they must have the vehicle.

Is the engine an eTorque by chance?
