DEF Freezing

Has anyone heard any pending resolution to the DEF freezing on the Rams? Over 30 trucks were back at the dealers here in Bangor for DEF related issues after the last cold snap... Dodge Ram has to be aware of the issues we are having with these trucks.

I thought I remember reading a while back the diesel trucks disable parts of DEF system when it's -25°F or below.
DEF itself has a slush point of 12°F and there are heaters in the tank and on the lines going to the SCR.
My EcoDiesel has been in -15°F weather without a DEF issue
