Had trouble trying to install the unit on my computer. Wasn't updated for my year vehical.(2012) After an hour of getting a case of the red ****, I called their support group. Trying to tell the guy where I was and how I had everything messed up including two of their Icons on my screen,lol, he tried to talk me through it. After a few minutes and getting a grasp of my computer knowledge, He took control of my computer and deleted everything and installed it for me with the correct updates.
Said I was good to go and could load it in my truck now. Heck, this was easier than I thougt.lol

Diablo Sports service rocks. Now, if I only knew where to plug it in in my truck, I think I could handle the rest.
But, that's for another day.
BTW, I'm not kidding. Where is the receptical I plug into. I'm too old to be crawing around in the floorboard.

look on the driver side under the dash itll be right there real easy to find

Super nice people that cater to Hillbillys and machinists.lol
I was amazed with them. I just made a joke about coming over and he offered go log into my computer and do it for me.
Again, Highly recommended.
