1st time poster here. I have 2017 Ram 1500 big horn crew cab 5.7 with K&N CAI, ARH, magnaflow exhaust, pedal commander, Diablo Trinity Tuner, custom tune from Jay. I'm gonna be honest I can't tell a difference with the tunes and tuner. The pedal commander had already given me the throttle response I loved. The tunes as far as I can tell just changes my shift points. I really can't tell any performance gains yet. MPG has went down for sure lol. Also just for bragging rights I'm getting the BDS 6 inch coil over kit with fuel rims and 35 inch tires installed later this week or first thing next weel. It's already ordered and paid for just waiting for it all to come in.

You should see a meaningful gain in power with a tuner and custom tune. Have you tried to call Jay and talk to him about it? If he is your tuner he should have some idea of what to do for your particular situation. I think we would be just guessing at a solution at this point.

Go back to stock tune and see if there's a difference

Are you sure you have Jay's custom tune loaded? Just checking...

I just got mine from Jay also, and let me tell you there is very noticeable difference. My tires light up and power is strong, chirps in second and just flat out flies! I love it. BTW I have the T2 and my truck is a 2017 Ram Express, I have an S&B CAI, Borla ProXS Exhaust, nothing else.

I'm afraid the 35s are probably going to make your performance and mpg even worse. But nobody does a 6" lift and big tires for increased fuel economy.

Do you have a 3.21 final gears?

On the Trinity, you can navigate to check 'last written tune', make sure you're running the custom tune. I've never seen anyone state they can't tell a difference with a custom tune, regardless of the tuner lol.

Just datalog 0-60 times for both stock and with time. Yes it won’t be as accurate as a dyno or drag strip but at least you will get an idea of how much the tune helps. My truck went from ~7.2s 0-60 to now my best time is 5.6s. Very noticeable difference. My truck also has 34” tires with level but I have the 3.92 gears which help a lot.

I will data log when I get truck bacl. I will also go stock then back to the custom tune. Just have to wait til tomorrow when I get the truck back to check it out but will give you a follow up for sure. As far as dyno only one place in my town does it and it's to expensive just to see my numbers. Like I wish I would have but I couldn't see spending a couple hundred bucks each time. Maybe next time I will. But hey thanks for everyone's input and honest opinions I appreciate it. Y'all keep it up!

Just an update. Finally got the truck back. I went back to stock tune, then back to custom tune and I can tell a difference with it. Gotta do the data log when rain stops. Probably this weekend. Thanks for the help. I hope to have pics to show off truck after I detail her.
