Diablo w/HF tune?

Where in the power band does this combo shine the most on the '14 hemi's?
Low end? upper end? or evenly across the entire band?

I agree with this, but the higher end is more pronounced...IMO

Thats really what im looking for without major modding.

The truck pulls hard on top stock, but is a little sluggish, to me, in the low range even w/8 speed and 3.92's.

On an 8sp truck, the 2 best bolt on mods that will show a noticeable gain in low end tq are the tuner and gears. With you already having 3.92's, there is no reason to change that. You will be very happy with the tuner.
