Did I brick my truck?

Tried to the PCM reset on my truck but now it won't even start. Did this by pulling fuse J18 PCM trans range. Have a red light blinking under the speedo, check the battery voltage sitting at 12.45. Can anybody help? Thanks.

Pull the battery cables for a few mins then try it

Did you try unhooking the negative battery cable for 10-15 minutes to see if that resets everything???

Tried removing the cables of the battery terminals, it did not work.

Figured out, I was missing a fuse

Hahaha, that stuff happens!!!! Glad it wasn't anything seriously wrong.
