Here is an update.
Had the differential rebuilt by the premier guy in my area. Timken bearing, new gears, etc
1000 miles later it's leaking.
He replaced the seal and it was ok for about 800 miles, then leaking.
Brought it back and he put an OEM seal on in place of the National seal.
60 miles later its leaking.....
I think he checked the yoke for burrs and the vent.
Any ideas?
