I did mine not too long ago with VHT Nite Shades. Pretty simple process. Remove the lights, mask off the reverse area so you don't back into **** at night. Clean the lights with mineral spirits then 2 or 3 LIGHT coats of VHT to get complete coverage. I went light to remain legal in my state. After the VHT dries, start coating the lights with a clear coat of your choice. I did about 10 coats with a couple minutes dry time between coats. After the clear coat dries, wet sand with some 2000 grit sand paper and machine polished to a shine. Cost me about $15 in materials and a couple hours of my time. Let me know if you have any questions, I've done a bunch of these and so far they've all turned out great.
