So what should I do with the truck now that I put the 10w 30 and the Lucas should I drain the oil out???

Hi everyone I decided to drain the oil that I put with the Lucas...the truck used to make a sound at the beginning of the first start and then when the truck was warm up the sound used to go away and when I put the Lucas and the 10w 30 the sound was louder and wasn't going away anymore that why I decided to drain the oil and just put the pennzoil platinum full synthetic high mileage 10w 30 did I took the best decision?

No brainer Lucas oil stablizer is the strategy you should use when you have an engine burning oil or such wide tolerances you are getting fuel in the oil. I don't see a reason past that for using the stuff.

Lubegard biotech is a solid choice for an additive if you so wish to use one, but see how that oil is working, if you don't have any tick just stick with that oil, good choice there. I know you don't have the hemi, but luebgard biotech still stops random ticks in any engine that ticks. It is a oil soluble moly and ester additive, along with phos, It has nothing in it but the good stuff for engines.
