Dodge water pump attachment pipe

I am have a problem removing the inlet pipe the comes out of the water pump assembly because there is a small hole in it and I bought a replacement piece.

I am having a heck of a time removing OLD INLET LINE from the face of the water pump.
Attached is a picture of the piece I am trying to remove and replace with a NEW ONE.
ANY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED.

Doesn't matter what engine these are on, They are a rotten SOB to remove.
The only thing that seemed to help was a touch of PB Blaster around the joint where it goes into the water pump and lots of trying to get it to rotate.

Best of luck and don't allow children in the garage while doing it, you'll curse, a LOT.
