Here's the deal if you still have an original factory installed 2013-17 Harmon 3c 8.4 Ra3/Vp3-NA or Ra4/VP4-NA (Nav) radio...
These radios shipped with a Sierra Wireless 3G cellular modem for the Sprint network, which doesn't exist anymore. IMO, it's highly unlikely for anyone to track and shutdown your truck via cellular signal anymore unless they're driving next to your to hack it, even then, idk?
If you're still very worried, unplug the purple cellular connector at the back of the radio. Done. (You can get a cell bypass plug to get rid of the error message that pops up if needed/it bothers you. I have some ready to ship on the shelf).
If you upgraded to a newer, Panasonic 4c UAx series radio, they have a 4g At&T cellular modem that is still very much active.
