Does the "Off-Road Group" option affect ride quality?

A bit late in that you have gotten the truck already.
I am pleased with the ride and comfort of my "19" Laramie with the off road package and the air suspension. My truck is "NOT" garaged and spends many cold nights outside and has had no issues with the air suspension.
Thanks..... Are you setting your air suspension at "Normal" height when driving around? Or are you lowering it a tick?

Have you replaced your shocks yet??

Your cold and my cold are not remotely the same thing.

This is after the sun came up and it had warmed up 15 degrees from the overnight low.

Mine has an entry/exit mode, an aero, normal and high.
I usually just use the areo on the roads, on rougher roads and field roads I'll often use the standard height.
No, I have not replaced the shocks I'm only at 55,000 miles.

That is true, I've only seen -40F once or twice in this area. I have seen -20F several times.

You have that right, even taking a pee, if you arc it upwards, the pee literally freezes before it hits the snow. Taking a crap at -50 takes a litttle practice or you are wiping frozen leftovers, and that completely re-defines WillKnots.

My son just bought a 2025 Limited 1500 which has standard air ride and it also has the off road package. I have a 2020
Longhorn with air ride but no off road package. It will be a great way to compare ride quality. We both live in the
Midwest, so REALLY COLD air won't be a problem. Hasn't been up to now. Time will tell.

I find it funny that people think -20 is cold.
No one has ever said that people who live in those climates were the brightest bulb in the shed.
I have working in -40 and even -80F freezer rooms while working for a Pharmaceutical Company and have handled cryogenic materials. I also have absolutly no desire to live where it reachs -40. I have worked outside in the winter in Idaho, Wyoming and the Dakotas.

Hey, if/when you actually do compare the ride qualities of both trucks, please post results. Thanks ;)

Before my PW I had a 2020 Limited with the air lift. It didn't effect the ride comfort at all. What did were the stock tires that came on the truck. I changed tires and it had a much smoother ride. Didn't change size just different brand of AT tires.

Yeah, the truck I just bought has 20" wheels (thankfully not the 22's!). Brand and style of tire does indeed make a huge difference. Wheel size is also a big factor. I can see myself looking around for a set of 18" wheels when the time comes for new tires............

Were you able to see the difference yet? I test drove a 2025 limited without ORG and it drove smoother and quiter than the Tungsten with ORG. I'm looking for people to tell me im not crazy. or that I am. Seems that ORG is the most popular with Tungsten.
