Door chime question

I recently changed the truck over to keyless entry and push button start. Could have sworn that before with the standard key if I was in run with the door open it chimed a couple times and stopped. Now it chimes all the time no matter if I am in acc or run.

Is this normal for the keyless system or did I miss a setting?
