Door Glass Scratched

I have some vertical scratches on the drivers side door glass. Any way to polish those out? 2016 Ram 1500.

I was told many years ago, that you could use some kind of toothpaste & buffer pads

I never did try it, in my area, there must be almost 100 auto dismantling yards where they have plenty of donor vehicles

They're usually caused by grit caught in the felt strips the window slides through.
When it's down run a brass brush in there to clean them.
