I have a 2002 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins and I have replaced the front upper and lower door hinge bushings and the driver side upper bushing keeps breaking in two pieces and causing the door to sag down and I have to lift it up everytime to close my door, I have replaced it 3 times and still continues to break the bushing in half and fall out. Any ideas of what to check for or what I might be doing wrong?

I didn't even know this was a possibility. My 98 has never had any issue with the door hinges. What are these bushings made of on your door? I just went out and had a look at mine and I'm not sure what you're referring to. Do you have a photo of the bushing?

Are you using an OEM Mopar bronze or brass bushing?
