I was being given the run around by Ramcares so I went ahead and paid for the drag link myself as I had to get my truck back from the dealer. Big mistake, Ramcares denied my request and will not respond to my requests to appeal the decision. Does anyone have a way of contacting a supervisor or manager at Ramcares?
