Hello @RamCares ,
I'm reaching out due to a problem with my 2015 Ram 2500HD (160KM or 100K miles). This concerns Recall 19V-021 (welding drag link) that was done (see photo). The truck now needs an alignment but the weld prevents it, which is unsafe. Many RAM Forums posts mention that you can authorize a dealer to provide a non-weld connection at no charge to customers. Is this correct? My VIN ends with FG604079.

Please get back to me about this.
Thank you,
Marc

Did you message them directly? There was a lot of info on this in years prior.
Hopefully RamCares will get you the final answer. I'd be interested to know if it's still valid.

Many alignment shops just grind or cut the welds, which is another alternative.

My message starts with Hello "@RamCares", is that not how to reach them?
