A sharp rap with a heavier hammer on the SIDE of casting/forging the tapered end is stuck in.... Normally pops it loose.
What you're doing is distorting the roundness of the hole for a split-second which breaks the grip.

Those cone washers are very difficult to dislodge.
Try a good soak with penetrating fluid, and whack with hammer horizontally where I put red dots. Rotor and caliper bracket probably have to come off. View attachment 249870
