Driver mirror

Driver mirror heating stopped after mirror got rotated too far in car wash. How do I open it to check for severed wire.

Here's a YT video on how to do it. The glass snaps out from top to bottom.

But be careful, when I pulled the glass out of the passenger side mirror on my rig to replace the drive motor/gear, the auto dim layer de-laminated, which caused the mirror to be dark. Still useful, but noticeably darker.
