Driver side fog not working

I recently changed out my lights to LED, I have a 2008 ram 1500. Passenger side fog works fine but driver's side doesn't. I read something about no direct fuse or relay for fogs, possibly tipm. Is that possible and is that a difficult fix? Thanks

Remove the LED bulbs and replace them with the original bulbs. If both work, you know the issue is with LED bulbs.

Spot on. Also, swap left and right LED bulbs. One could easily be defective. China does this all the time.
