The fee is for motorized vehicles only. You can walk on, bicycle on, etc. any time for free.

All of the State Parks in California, at the Ocean or other sites, like the Mountain Camps, have a vehicle fee, some of the more popular camps have a Fee to pitch a tent & reservations

Did off road vehicle recovery and towing (for PD's) on the MA South Shore for 8 1/2 years Saw that crap all the time and never ceased to amaze me. Pulled out an F250 4x4 Lariat with 18 miles on it one time..

Interesting fact: in 8 1/2 years of pulling vehicles off the beaches and out of sand, only pulled out 1 Dodge and it was a 2 wheel drive.
Driver was drunk and thought he had his other truck (a 4x4).

Vehicle is JUNK waiting for the crusher. Not worth salvage costs. Title would have "salt water immersed". Couldn't give it away.
BUT some **** bag will buy for cheap clean it up real quick and dump it on some sucker, before the "green meanies" start showing up.

Not exactly a brain surgeon. From New York..hmmm..looks like a totally sane rational individual by his mug shot..most social activity he has had in his life and in the papers and on TV ..a Star!
