DTC U1147 and U0255

I'm getting 2 U codes on my 2009 5.7 laramie.
I have the RER 730N mygig
Can anyone give any insight on these codes ?
I'm pretty sure the U0255 has to do with my blower fan resistor being faulty but I'm unsure for the U1147

The U0255 went away after I replaced the blower fan resistor but still not sure about U1147.
I'm thinking it's got something to do with when I tried fixing my my gig radio.
My screen was not working and I tried replacing the old one with one on Amazon and I botched it.
Now it's just a blank screen and I haven't decided on whether I want to put an aftermarket system with a back up camera or get another RER730N and add the stock tail gate camera.
