So I had my truck tinted yesterday and I tinted the front windshield...
The tinter hit the wiper switch with his hip when doing it and since then the wipers do not shut off, the guages are at zero, security light is on, radio does not work, and the truck says low fuel, and all the dashlights are on including all the gear functions... At first when I drove hom it only did this like every few minutes. Later that night I thought it was fixed after about a 10 min drive then it came back. Now it does it all the time...
Could he have broke that switch and I get all these problems?
The other thought is a decent amount of water went down the dash during install of the tint. I am worried the water shorted something out.
I tried to hold the trip button and turn the ACC on per another forum. It appered to run a check, but still no fix, and the radio used to work till I did this step^.
