Electrical issues?

Hey guys. Hope everyone is well. New to forum because of my issue. I have a 2004 Ram 2500 HD Laramie 2 WD with tow package. Quad cab. 5.7. Every once and awhile all my lights in dash flicker and beeping noise and gauges don’t work. But I can still drive it. I pull the accessory fuse the one that’s in the black holder thing. Then put it back in and it’s ok for awhile. Then it starts doin that **** again. Any suggestions
