Engine failure to start and run

My 5.7l hemi ram 1500 2018 was moving at about 25mph when it stuttered briefly then died. I restarted it and went forward for 30seconds when it did the dame thing. After that it would start and run for a few seconds but would not respond to any push on the gas pedal. I put it in the shop 3 days ago and they still have not figured out the problem. What could be going on?

Water in the gas?

Sounds like you have water contaminated gas in the tank. Plus it would be worth it to check some major electrical connections to be sure they are not damaged and connected securely.
One that comes to mind is the major electrical connectors on the drivers side under the cab outside the frame

Hopefully nothing with the fuel pump, They should put a gauge on the fuel rail and check for pressure, they should check to fuel pump relay.
