Engine help!

Hi everyone, can someone help me?? i'm having engine troubles..under light throttle or on 4 Cyl mode it shakes,shimmy and has no power.
1st...here are the codes p0300, p0307, p1417. i understand that p0300 is multiple misfire, p0307 is #7 Cyl. and p1417 is the #7 MDS solenoid not deactivating...So i changed the #7 solenoid, spark plaugs and moved the coil to the #1 Cyl...i Also changed the Engine oil using 5W20 with a mopar oil filter.
I'm lost as to where to go from here....Any ideas?

Are the same 3 codes still popping up after you did all that?

Yes, also,after a test drive the symptoms returned..so i disconnected the battery for about 2 mins,took it for a test drive and she was fine...but then....the symptoms returned...yet again....same 3 DTC
