How long have you had this 2011 Dodge Ram ?

When was the last time that the cooling system was completely flushed, including the HVAC System ?

Not good, could be oil in the coolant, or any number of things.

You might not see water/coolant on the oil dipstick at all.

After the vehicle has sat for a day or so, crack the oil drain plug loose. Don't take it all the way out, just loosen it enough to start dripping.

Watch the drips. If there's coolant in the oil, you will see it after a few seconds.

Definately need to get the crud out of there, maybe drain the system and add distilled water, run, drain, and repeat. Then refill with proper coolant mix.
