Good night, I'm from Brazil, and nobody here understands much of the mechanics of RAM, as you do, to make more noise, and to get black smoke?

mine is reprogrammed to 490 HP, and direct exhaust

I guess you are talking about a diesel truck.

Best thing to get more noise is delete catalytic converter. and add an open element air filter to the turbo.

As for the black smoke. This is done through tuning the ECU to dump fuel into the engine that cannot be burned. Resulting in said smoke.
