Engine Surging on start up

I have a 2019 Ram 1500 with the hemi. The last few weeks when leaving work while waiting for traffic to clear the engine surges and wants to move forward and tack increases a few hundred RPM's. Anyone knows what could be causing this.

Are you saying that "you are in drive, foot on the brake, and the engine revs up on its own?"

Yes you can hear it revving up and feel it and it only does it right after start up the next light it goes away
