Winter blend is designed for lower vapor pressure, but not octane rating. While it typically has slightly less energy content it's not as drastic as say adding a bunch of ethanol to the blend. The adaptive fuel trim in any decent tune would take care of this since most winter blend is achieved by adding cheap N-Butane which has a lower vapor vapor pressure, but an AKI of 92 (octane rating as read at a pump in the US). Timing shouldn't change much other than the fact you might can run more advance when IAT's are lower which should also be a part of any decent tune.
