EVIC works fine in all situations except when I'm working on the property. Hauling brush, pulling logs etc I am in and out of the truck, park, drive, not wearing seat belt, tight areas so the proximity sensors detect things. I don't even shut it off because I'm in and out, park and stop so much and like 5-10mph and I might need to move a little so the door doesn't even get shut.

When I'm doing this, the EVIC flips out. Screens twitching back and fourth between, fasten belts, doors open, BEEP BEEP something in front of the truck etc and it's flashing. Then once it's done and I'm driving to the back of the property, it's on a different screen than the default original, but it stops the freak out.

I figure it's just doing that because the EVIC is trying to tell me 5 things all at once but I wanted to check and see if anyone else experienced this and if it was an indication of problems to come. I didn't realize I was going to be racking up the miles so fast and want to get it covered by warranty before it's to late.

Can't tell you for sure but all those things sound legitimate. Mine the other day wouldn't get off of ,Vehicle not in park, finally i realized my wife didn't shut her door.

Thanks! I figure since I haven't heard from anyone suggesting this be a bigger problem... it's just the system trying to notify me of everything happening at the same time. In a couple weeks I will be in the area of the dealer I got it from and they said they would take a look at it but it sounded normal for the amount of things the EVIC was trying to tell me simultaneously.
