EVIC startup?

Does anybody know if there is a way to have the EVIC start in a specific mode,



It always starts here and I am wondering if it can be setup to start in the last function it was in.

I have been through the menus and haven't found anything. Is there a hidden menu that has more?

I have the 8.4an and my Evic does start up at the last function it was in. Maybe it depends on the radio?

I have a 2012 with the same evic. It starts back up to whatever it was on when I turned the truck off. Not sure what's going on there, unless the programming is a little different between our year trucks.

My 2011 starts where I left it and I usually end it with the menu off.

in my '13 i have the 7", but in my '11 durango i had the same and it stayed where i left it at also

Well that's not out of the question that the programming is different from 10 to other years. I would just like it if it would come back on where I had it at shutdown.

I am in the habit now of hitting the down arrow and then select to get into the fuel economy screen each time I start the truck.

So does mine and I wish there was a way to have it return to the same screen it was on at last shutdown.

My 2014 is inconsistent as all hell.

If I leave it in the Fuel Economy screen, it always starts up there.

But lately I've been leaving it on the Vehicle Info screen, specifically the 4-gauge text display (coolant/tranny/oil temp/oil pressure) and it doesn't ever want to come back up there.

~80% of the time, it comes back up to the tire pressure screen.

The other ~20%, it comes up to the main menu with "Vehicle Info" highlighted.

I wish I could force it to come up to the 4-gauge display, or better yet, reliably come up where I left it.

My 14 would always come up on the tire pressure screen unless I had it on the fuel economy screen. I could never get it to change. I installed the 7" evic and now it stays wherever I put it. I like it a lot better.
