3 yr/ 75k mile warranty they must be pretty confident. Plus the Material, design, and hardware to add I'd go that route over œ.
Time will tell if they're the end all / be all as far as manifolds go. Once a few guys get a couple years on them and a 100,000 miles with a bunch of starts from -20F and they haven't warped, then you can claim them better then a sanded/machined stock manifold. I'm curious to see how they stand up to several really cold weather starts like -20 or colder, where they have a wickedly rapid temp change

$500 seems expensive? I know it's the whole kit but aren't oem less than $100 each?

I thought remflex gaskets were the way to go? Any thoughts on them?

I'm not sure if mine are bolts or the actual manifolds yet. I'll find out after surgery next week and see what club I'm in. My heat shield seems tight. No play in it.

Anybody who uses the Remflex 6022 gaskets seems to swear by them.I've been running them since 2015 on my headers, and i won't use any other gaskets.I have them on all 3 of my Chryco products including our 300 thats running the original manifolds and midpipes off my wifes 6.4 Challenger

Ok so my observations based on the work I completed on my truck.
The Remflex gaskets are THICK, that's why they will seal warped manifolds. If you look at my pictures you will see how out of plane each port was on my manifolds. Would remflex seal the leaks alone without resurfacing my manifolds, Probably but they wouldn't relieve the stress that is on the bolts to pull the manifolds to the head and would most likely break again in the future.
I went with the complete kit I did costing me $70.60 knowing I was going to resurface my stock manifolds. To resurface the manifolds is an easy fairly quick process and will greatly reduce the potential for this job to be completed again anytime soon.
Your choice in what route you take but to me I'm done experimenting with unproven products or half assing a job to make it "easier" because taking them off and on is the 90% of the battle doing this.

I just had my exhaust manifolds replaced and used the Remflex gaskets. My mechanic took 16 hours to get 9 broken studs out. No more exhaust ticks, no lifters ticks and so quiet I can hear tire noise, lol. I guess all that is left to do is see how long it lasts.

16 hours... wtf. Its literally 5 minutes per bolt to weld a nut on. takes longer to set up the welder... lol... You got hosed hard.

Not sure if this is a good price on these. Internet shows similar pricing across multiple retailers.

Any thoughts?

I actually used a Dorman complete kit. It literally is EXACTLY like the OEM parts removed. The key is to resurface the exhaust manifolds that are on your truck.
Dorman 57073 Exhaust Manifold Hardware and Gasket Kit Compatible with Select Models https://a.co/d/99yEGRJ
I was going to purchase the kit 57073 but it's saying not compatible for my 2020 Ram 1500 DT. This is from Dorman's site. Amazon says the same thing.

I just bought this. Passenger side kit. Includes manifold. Crazy price and apparently in stock.

These just came. Just waiting on the manifold kit and it's party time. My brother is on standby with the welder just in case.View attachment 534605
Make sure you resurface your manifolds also. These gaskets only work because they are thicker to make up for the warping. Also use NEW hardware.

I got all new hardware and new manifolds so I'll check the old ones. If they're good, ill
Don't bend them,as they don't take kindly to being bent went you install them. They'll also make your hands grungy as hell, lol
Yes I saw that in one of your previous posts as well. Thank you.
