Exhaust Tips

Besides painting or powder coating your exhaust tips, what kind of cool custom things have you guys done to them?

Replace them with 5" tips.
Fills the cutouts better, deeper sound.

No matter what size tips you install, I personally like the 5" tips also, they always look better if they are even, top to bottom and side to side.

5" tips are the way to go. As mentioned they just fill the bumper cutouts better and offer a deeper tone, plus you have the option of polished or ceramic black!

Luckily MBRP uses a bolt on tip so it can be changed with any universal type of tip. You will want to measure your current MBRP tip length to make sure you get the same length.

Awesome news ! I’ll be sure to get on that and email you nick!!ive been hearing conflicting reviews on whether aftermarket tips would attach. I’m wanting some black 5” tips !!!

Yeah, I think some people try to install 5" tips that would work for a stock exhaust on the MBRP and that will not work as it is a different connection. It needs to be a universal slip on type.

I did the 5 inch proven ground tips, got the muffler and tips for 122 during Xmas sale. Really nice quality, only knock is the outside diameter is 5 inch, but the inside diameter is a little over 3.5 inches.
