Exterior Door Handles

I have been reading through a lot of information regarding the Door Handles. My 2013 1500 SLT/BIGHORN came with Gloss black housing and a chrome handle. Instead of just buying covers I would like the actual handle Gloss/Gloss not the textured black.

I'm trying to get the part numbers to order correctly. I want Gloss Housing / Gloss Black Handle.

Is there a part number just for the Handle portion to replace in stead of the whole unit (Houing/Handle) or is the whole unit easier to replace then just the handle.

From the charts and the part listings I am hoping someone can confirm if the the following covers what i am trying to accomplish:

1UJ81DX8AG (Left)
1UJ86DX8AI (Right)

I need the Rear left/Right combo as well. I do have Keyless entry.

Can someone confirm/help me out?

I replaced the door handles with color matched ones on my '19 Express single cab, and I replaced the whole handle. That is probably a lot easier to do than replaced the handle itself, even if you can actually get that part, which I doubt.

Got mine from Benny when I color matched. Great dude to deal with. You have to replace the entire handle
