Factory reset button? Can’t change to FM, turn up/down...

I’ve had to disconnect my battery a few times on my “new” (to me) ‘97 1500. Before this, the radio (EQ, Infinity speakers etc) worked great. Now ...? Not so much. Can’t change off of AM, can’t change stations. EQ works, but not much else.

is there a Reset button or something? Or is the unit toast?
