fan clutch removal

i have been on you tube and looked at videos for the removal of the fan clucth on my 2010 dodge ram 1500, 5.7 hemi. Some videos say to remove the fan clutch turn it clockwise and some say turn it counter clockwise. Im confused. Can someone on this forum who already has done the work on a truck similar to mine, help me out with the correct information of the removal of the fan clutch so i can remove the water pump. i would gladly appreciate it.

Standing in front of my truck,i turned it clock wise(2016)...Just did it now and got a sore face for doin it......Laid my pipe wrench on the plastic lip underneath and as i was moveing out from under the trk i bumped it and it fell on my face....Ya wanna hear the trucker/mechanic/sailor mouth type lingo being shouted...lol..No ****** nose or anything but son of a b%$ch it hurt...

Any fan clutch, to remove it, turn it the same direction it rotates with the engine running.
Learned that long ago, much easier then trying to memorize for every vehicle out there, or to look it up
