Finally got around to installing my 85mm throttle body.
This is probably much easier than the cabin filter and like the cabin filter, not sure why did not do it sooner.

No feedback on it yet as I have not driven it yet, but will update once I drive.

I didn't take one installed....well...cause it looks the exact same as stock.

Yea, good point!
Had to remove them.....but they will go back on.

Havent driven it yet.
Ill advise tomorrow once I drive it.

PSSSST should have got the 87 (; Also invest in a vararam, or a better intake than the K&n I ended up selling my for like 200 shipped.

I bought mine when the 87mm's came out the week later.
Thats how long I had it, and did not install it.
I can easily sell this one and get the 87mm
As for the vararam, I may just have to.
If I can sell mine for $200 shipped, I will do it.
But I think I threw the box out.

So I had time to drive around today and I am not sure if it is just me, but the truck felt more responsive and a tad lighter on its feet (so to speak)
It was noticeable for me....but again, not sure if it was all in my head.

Hard to gauge, but overall I guess I am pleased.....LOL

Matt, what else am I suppose to feel with it?

But what else am I suppose to feel with the TB so I can pay more attn.
Thats what I noticed above....

With out tuning, and my 87, I notice my truck decides to not down shift sometimes in normal spots where it would to get more power. Usually around 45 I could womp on it and she would down shift and snap your neck. Even though it doesn't down shift I feel it pull real hard through the power band, and it like sucks me real gently, but deep into the seat compared to what it used to. It's hard to explain. I could notice it though.

The highlighted doesn't sounds kinda funny.....lol
Ill get on it tomorrow and see how she feels....

So, I got new wheels on my truck and will be getting new tires to run through the winter
They will be AT's...but at this rate, I may not need to go that route as we have not had a single snow fall to date (well anything that actually matters)

Yes, the truck is DIRTY! Its been raining here off and on and its too cold to wash it...LOL

Wheel specs:
20x10 (-24 offset) XD Rockstars (trimmed back the cap post and plastidipped the chrome stars)
37" Toyo MT's






Next week the truck is going into the shop for some minor work....stay tuned

The truck looks awesome!! You going with the chrome or the tinted headlights? Also, I think its time to tint the turn signal lamps on the mirrors. They kinda stand out with the black wheels, headlights, and taillights.

I have seen 1.3 inches of snow in my life It's freaking 80 degrees here right now... I was sweating going and picking up christmas presents like an hour ago...

Those rims just to not mess your others up in the winter? What work you getting done?

They are my rims, till i decide what I want to do......
