My wife told me if I don't stop blowing money on my trucks that she was going to leave me .
I kind of miss her[emoji12]
My wife was a bit upset when I took a brand new $52k truck and dumped $5k more into it. But after all said and done, she loves it and wants to takes it from me.
Why the 2500 flares? Do they require modification to install on a 1500? What is difference in 1500 & 2500 flares.
Are you using factory shocks and springs in rear of truck? What setting do you have the bils set at for your current measurements. What is the backspacing and offset of your wheels again +1 or -1? Do you use spacers and lastly are you rubbing tires on anything?
LoL I wouldn't doubt it because they know a good thing .
So how do you like your Nittos are they street friendly ?
They are not too loud, you can hear them but not obnoxious. My wife and kids don't mind them. They ride ok and are a pretty soft tire. Only time will tell on the tread wear.

Could you just drop the bilsteins down in the front to accomplish what you want. Like the truck btw. Trying to get ideas for mine just wondered about the 2500 flares i like them honestlyThe 2500 flares are about 4" shorter on the the fronts. No modifications needed. Search google images for 1500 flares and you will see the difference, just personal preference.
Struts front and back are Bilstien's and the rear springs are Superlifts. The Bil's are set to 2.1", which is almost level.
My wheels are +1mm offset, no I don't have spacers, and not even close to rubbing.
I have some 3/4" TGC spacers which I think I might be putting in. The truck more often than not looks squatty and lower in the rear. I think I might want a tiny bit of forward rake, which I think looks a bit more aggressive.

After months of research I got it done. Like most I was back and forth on 4" or 6" lift. I knew I didn't want anything lager than 35" tires. I wanted it to look lifted but not too much wheel well to make the tires look small.
So I went with the SuperLift 4" kit w/Bilstein's. I bought a TGC 1" rear coil spacer so I could get the rear up a bit more and adjust the Bilstien's up front to level. The wheels are Fuel Octane's 20x9" 1mm offset and the tires are Nitto Trail Grapplers 35x12.5.
My goal was to try and get a stance between the 4" and 6" lifts. Not sure if I did or if it is closer to a 6" lift now, but I love the way it looks. I did all the work myself in a weekend. I installed the the rear spacer off the get go and set the Bilstein's to the second ring(.7") and the truck ended up with 2" of rake. So I set the Bilstein's to forth ring(2.1") and and it still had over an inch of rake.
(Edit) I ended up taking the rear spacer out and now have about 1/4" of rake. Current fender measurements below.
Fender Measurements
Front Driver - 43 1/2"
Front Pass - 43 1/2"
Rear Driver - 43 3/4"
Rear Pass - 43 3/4"
First off, great looking truck.
I too wanted a lift, but not too high and stay with 35" tires. I used a Superlift 2 1/2" spacer up front and a Traxda 2" spacer in the rear. Then put on new 295/60/20 tires on 20"x10" wheels, and 4 Rancho 9000 shocks. It is perfect for me. I love it.
After looking at your fender measurements, I was curious what mine measured. This is weird, but this is what mine measures.
Fronts- 43 1/2"
Rears- 45"
Are you sure you have a 4" lift? Just asking.

@ Dooner
Great looking truck , and fantastic job on doing the work yourself ! !
I can't express enough on the importance of doing the work yourself !
Now , if any issues arise you Sir will be able to troubleshoot and fix the issues @ hand , because YOU KNOW what was altered to achieve the lift .... Good Job !
I am not sayin anything bad on those who pay to have a lift installed !
Often times an installed lift by a shop comes with a warranty, unfortunately that warranty is usually only 6-12 months ? Really !
Wow ! Really ! I'd get that in writing. ....lol
Maybe try a lower wattage bulb once warranty runs out !
Oh come on now we all know anyone with a lift or level never if ever have any issues@ Dooner
