Hey guys, question. so my 2011 1500 rear end swivels just a little bit when I apply the break (while on cruise control) or press the button to turn cruise control off what could cause this, I noticed it a while ago but it didnt really bother my until I did this while pulling my sisters furniture on a trailer and it made me a little nervous that it might cause the trailer to fishtail.

ok ill try, so I'm driving down the highway going 65 with cruise control on and say for whatever reason I need to slow down so I press the brake pedal and I can feel the back of my truck go side to side real quick, nothing much and only last maybe 2 seconds and it only happens in this circumstance of turning off cruise control whether it be pressing the brake pedal or pressing the cruise control button

Oh, that sounds not good, particularly not is you should drive on snow or other slippery conditions. My same model year does not doing that!
If it's not you unconsciously moving the steering wheel while disabling the cruise control then there must be the ABS/ETC/whatever who brakes one of the wheels.

Look at your upper and lower locating bars and also the track bar,the rubber bushings might started to go south, and have some play in them, letting the rear-end move around slightly on de-acceleration.
