This can be quite annoying, having the cluster flickering all the time. Anyone have any recommendations on remedies?

The first thing I would do would be to pull the instrument cluster forward and wiggle the connectors with the park lamps on to see if you can duplicate the flickering lamps.

If you can duplicate the issue then I would inspect the terminals in the connectors and especially the power and ground supplies.

Sorry to hear of the trouble you are experiencing, @Urch. We recommend following up with your local Ram dealer for further support with this if you are not able to determine a solution based on suggestions provided by fellow forum members.

If you're under warranty take it in but be prepared to leave your truck for a while. Dealer's are barred from programming mileage without a third party. If you have the basic cluster, it's a great time to see if a premium cluster upgrade is in order!

On my 2013 the Speedometer and the Tachometer needles love to bounce around, considering it was made early 2012 from what i’ve heard this isn’t surprising.
