I bought a 2018 Ram without fogs. Can I put fogs on it and use a wiring harness to the factory harness?

Yes. You'll have to buy the harness that goes from the front end connector that @M2Mods makes. It's not something that Mopar makes without having to buy a complete front wiring harness. You'll also need the headlight switch that has fog light controls. Then you'll either have to take it to the dealer to have them add the sales code (which they may tell you they can't) if that's the case you'll then need the 18+ security bypass harness that @DeereGuy makes ( to allow you to enable fogs) then alphaobd ($50 app off of the Google play store or download through alphaobd.com for windows), obdlink mx (obd2 reader) and if you don't have a android device or windows computer you can get a $50 Amazon Kindle fire 7 tablet and download the Google play store.

If you bought M2Mods harness or plan on making your own the connector is under the fuse box by the battery. It should be a light grey/natural color.

Is your truck a 1500 or 2500/3500?
